I received the product and a fairly quick time. It came without any instructions or any user manual. I had use this machine many times before and a doctor setting so I went onto the website and pull the manufacturers user manual. I wasn’t able to get the machine to work right away so I reached out to customer service, and while they’re very responsive it would’ve saved so much time had they just sent me the users manual and the video right up front and explained that both handpieces have to be plugged in for the machine to work. I went back-and-forth for two weeks trying to get the machine to work which I finally did. Once working it works great!
